Not getting update

Why am not getting updates automaticly even i have visited service center one ui 5.1 is available for galaxy a52 4g but and my device is on 5.0 version but still show my device is up to date but in smart switch app update is available and customer care are also not able to fix it for what you have cost 27k fix this as soon as possible

updates realesed in batches. wait for 4-5 days.. otherwise try to update phone with smart switch computer app

I can update but not possible every time file size is 7gb

Bro I know they will not give update because from Nov I haven't got a single update I have visited service center in previous month for updating my phone and after that again am not getting any update
