I can understand the pain. It's not at all good for my eyes at least, having a lot of eye power.

Can you please share the website so that I can check whether the same is happening in different modes of different web browsers?

Try using your browser in safe mode. If problem still exist then try doing factory reset once. Backup your phone using Smart Switch before resetting.
