Not being able to use quick share with non galaxy devices.

Guys,

I own a galaxy A55 5g and when i try to share files via quick share with non-galaxy devices i dont see the other device available in the list. And when i try to recevie files from a non galaxy device my device is not visible either.

This problem is only there when i try to receive or share files with non galaxy devices.

 Im able to send and receive files between 2 galaxy devices but not between a galaxy and a non-galaxy.

Can anyone help me to solve this problem?

Please check whether your device is set for "Contact Only" or "Everyone". If it is Contact onlye you have to chabge it to Everyone.

When you on the quick share of non-galaxy device check if their bluetooth is On. In non galaxy device quick share is showing on but their bluetooth is off thats the mostly time the quick share wont visible.

You need to turn on Bluetooth, wifi,location in other device and allow device visibility to everyone then check it must work.

I think there's some loop try to figure out that. I also face similar problem sharing file with my old Samsung phone running in android 10. I did this and my problem solved. You can keep trying by doing other tricks.

Which non Galaxy device BTW you're sharing file. Is it running latest Google security patch?

Yes bro.I tried using different non galaxy devices but nothing worked
