Not able to see notifications for missed call on Galaxy A52. What to do?

I am not able to see to notifications of missed call or sms either on lock screen or top notification bar.

Yah i have same issues some days but nowadays its showing missed calls no othr problems with a52

Oh i remembered after the smart touch call update it fixed 😃 and update core services in galaxy store

Its an bug with oneui3.1 hope samsung will fix it by next update

It's a bug with the recent one ui 3.1 update.
To solve this, go to settings - > Apps-> Click on 3 dots-> Reset app preferences-> Reset.

Now check by giving a missed call from other device. Hopefully, it should be resolved.

Thanks for your reply. I tried but not getting notifications. I read previous thread it says wipe cache partition I didn't get it how to do it.

It should have been resolved because I too have A52 and was able to solve this problem using the above method. But anyways, for cache partition, connect your device to a laptop using the usb cable, power off your device, press both the volume up and power button at the same time. When the device vibrates, let go off the power button and you will find a recovery menu. There, you will find various options which you would have to select by the volume keys for going up and down; and the power button to select that option.
You will find cache partition there.
It's a bit technical, so if you're not accustomed, you should refer to google or youtube, because if not done properly, you might factory reset the device.
