Galaxy AMy A71 suddenly shown No Sim No Network Connections this morning, and I didn't install anything yesterday unless it was done automatically. I have tried a few of advises, these include Reset network settings, Wipe cache partition in Recovery mode and clear data and cache of the SIM Toolkit app, but still unresolved the problems. And, my Sim cards are good and both can work perfectly on another phone.
In addition, both the WIFI and Mobile data CANNOT be turned on, and the Mobile Networks is missing from the Connections under Settings , thus I am not able to reset the APN, etc. etc. Before trying the Factory reset, I would like to back up my phone but this requires to download Smart Switch, unfortunately I am just NOT able to download without the Wifi and Mobile data. This url has recorded a potential root cause for my case, but no resolution given. I am anticipating Samsung to supply a resolution urgently and shortly.

05:57 pm (IST): It seems that some Samsung users are facing SIM card not detecting and internet not working issues after installing the One UI 3.1 update on their devices.
We’ve come across reports from users with devices such as the Galaxy Note 10, Galaxy A71, and Galaxy A50. Fortunately, the problem does not appear to be widespread.

Galaxy AJust used a Chat Support of Samsung, this totally wasted time as to this just guide you through the basic check steps and that's. I wanted to give a Network Mobiles reset to default but it is just missing from the Connections under Settings, I don't rule out to do a Factory Reset but I wanted to backup my phone before hand. All in all, the only new thing I received from the Chat was a url of Product Support but I bought this phone from overseas then this becomes a warranty issue and I was told that they won't be able to repair my phone because of different parts. I am confused, are they confirm my phone has hardware issue ? What about if it is just a software issue? What else Samsung can help on this?
