I recently updated software on my Samsung A31. A couple of days ago my Sim slot 2 reads the network service provider but does not have service. What could be the problem.?

Hi Denmac

You can try to reset your network settings and perform a soft reset: 

To reset network settings : Settings>> General Management>> Reset>> Reset Network settings. 

To perform a soft reset: 
Press the side key and volume-down key simultaneously for about 8 to 10 seconds. 
* The device may take a screenshot, however keep holding till it restarts.
