I'm using A16 5g from last year. I am facing the network problem on this device. I switched from Airtel to Jio but no idea solved this problem. But the other hand A35 5g in my family has no network issue on Jio. The signal Bar is okay👍. Youtube can't be opened. I don't understand what's happening with me.😟😟

I'm also using A16 5g. I had same problem with jio sim. First make sure if the issue is in 5g mode only for that change your network mode to 4g if it works fine then there is a low 5g coverage in your area. Also check your signal strength from setting in both 5g and 4g mode. Apart from this try these steps :
Remove sim from the tray and reinsert it
Reset your mobile network setting.
Hope this works.
