when i surfing YouTube and also doing WhatsApp and surfing web browser then automatically slow down the network and stop the running video or don't sending the message from WhatsApp. this is occurring from last 15 days.please help me

- Check by using any other SIM card.
- Ensure that network frequency of your device should be selected on Auto-mode.
- Menu > Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Mode > Select auto mode (GSM/WCDMA/LTE).
- Search for the Network Manually as follows:
Menu > Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > Select Manual Search.
- Kindly go to settings >> General management >> Reset >> Reset network settings.

when i start youtube or any other app the same issue I am facing on my a5 2016...

Is there any problem in network for samsung a5?

I have tried the above troubleshoots but the issue is still there with Jio Sim. I have even reset the device in your authorized service centre. But still the net is slow. One thing interesting is that when I put the phone in flight mode and turn off flight mode the Net work fast for 1 min and then back to slow speed.I think this is the issue with All A5 2016.Samsung have lost there quality and this was not expected from Samsung even tho I paid nearly 23000 for this device.
