best way to resolve this is. just flash last firmware from authorized Samsung service center...one of my friend did this and his network is perfect now....actually when you install software from own network or wifi ,then if network is little bit slower then it can produce skip file issue..leads to bad battery backup, slow ui performance, camera crush, network issue etc..so better to flash firmware from Samsung service center is recommended by Samsung also..just do this .before that take your file backup....(note: Samsung devices are built up such a way can minimize radiation pattern..that's why Samsung network is little bit slower than other devices available in market)
