Pls help my Samsung A12 have a network issue, it says Emergency calls only"

No ,I turned it Off but still it's not working

You might consider trying Samsung Customer Support, here's the link

They will assist with identifying the problem and possible solutions, and also finding a service center near you should it require repair

However if it still new and on a warranty, go with it back to the store and make use of the warranty, they'll replace or repair using the warranty

Not enough info. What is your network,What is your area, does your simcard work on other phones, does other sim cards work. Cannot troubleshoot without this additional info
