Samsung A15 LTE - Network Issue

Good day all.

I have been experiencing a strange issue with my network that usually happens when I restart my phone, whenever my memory gets low it would send me prompt to restart the phone to, "speed things up" however, most of the time, my network would only show🚫 on both my sim cards.

I have tried putting it in safemode and have noticed flight mode will be on at start up. If I turn it off network gets restored sometimes it remains the same. 

Has anyone experienced this issue?

Yes I do have that problem too, but when turning off flight mode the blue just dim and I keep having that sign
