Hey Samsung A35 5G users! 
I'm experiencing a weird issue while playing online games like Free Fire and BGMI. Despite having a perfect ping (around 20-30 ms), the game consistently shows "Poor Network" warnings. 

I've checked my internet connection and it's stable, with a download speed of [insert speed]. I've also tried: 

 •Restarting my phone 
 •Switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data. •Closing other resource-intensive apps •Updating my phone's software

 But the issue persists. Anyone else facing this problem? Any suggestions or solutions would be greatly appreciated!

As per your query, we want to inform you that this is the concept of the devices, when your device runs on a 5G network it handles the higher data speeds and increased network demands. while this, device is connected to multiple network terminals, if the device generates heating while using a 5G network and playing a game then it will automatically shift to a 4G network to minimize the heat. it may switch to a 4G network and closing heavy apps can help cool it down. I am facing network-related issues while playing online games, such as BGMI (Battlegrounds Mobile India), on my Samsung Galaxy A35. The issues include frequent lag, sudden disconnections, or delays in gameplay, which severely impact my gaming experience. I have ensured that I have a stable Wi-Fi/5G connection, but the problem persists.
I have also tested my internet connection with other apps, and it works fine, but the issue is only occurring during gaming.The issue often worsens during high-demand gaming moments or in areas with more players.
