Network issue Volte no showing sometimes

In image you can clearly see there is no Volte 
and I am not able make or receive calls from 2nd Sim,and this not not Sim o0erator issue because both sim I use are of same Sim operator because first Sim working properly but 2nd Sim has is not showing volte my phone is samsung A33 5G fix this issue by software update.
And don't recommend me your steps to fix it won't work only a software update will work it.

Kindly complaint to your's service provider telecom company on his customer care support for this issue. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks. Also reset network setting of both Sim one by one and than reset all settings of your's device in general management settings also Flight ✈️ mode on n off one time, restart your's device without any Sim in slots, interchange Sim in slots, turn off power saving mode then try to it's again.

As per your concern, we would request you kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Network mode should be set to LTE,3G, or 2G (Auto Connect): Path: Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network mode SIM1/ SIM2 LTE/ 3G/ 2G (auto connect).

Reset the network settings- Path: Settings>General Management>Reset>Reset network settings.
Reset settings- Path: Settings>General Management>Reset>Reset settings.

Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/

I did reset network setting but it didnt fix the issue fix this by software update
