Network drops while receiving call A52s5G

Internet or network drops from 4G to 2G while receving or making call. Is any body facing the problem. If anybody knows the solution. (Model A52s5G)

Contact your service provider. In my A52s5g it's working fine with volte and 4g plus

Turn on VOLTE if available with your cellular network, if not your network will drop from 4g during calls.
