I am currently using a Samsung Galaxy A35 5G on the Airtel network. I am experiencing significant indoor signal issues and slow data speeds in various locations.
​To troubleshoot, I tested the same Airtel SIM card in a different smartphone at the exact same locations. The other device had no issues with indoor connectivity or data speeds. Despite trying all available network reset and configuration methods on my Galaxy A35, the problem persists. This suggests a potential software optimization issue with the modem or network handling on this specific model.
​Please investigate this and include a fix for network stability and indoor performance in the next software update.

● Kindly check the device in different locations/network coverage areas.

● Check Mobile Network: Settings> Connections>Mobile networks> Network mode> Select 5G/LTE/3G/2G (auto connect).

● Check Network Operator: Settings> Connections> Mobile networks> Network operators> Select automatically.

● Kindly check the same SIM card in another phone or another SIM card in the same phone to verify the issue.

● Kindly try to contact the service provider once.

● Update device software (If available): Settings > Software update > Download and install > Checking for software update > Software update available > Download > Downloading updates > Install now.

This issue has been consistently observed across multiple Samsung devices, including the M30s, S21FE, and S24FE, particularly when utilizing an Airtel SIM card. It is concerning that this persistent problem has not been addressed by Samsung, despite their apparent awareness of it. Consequently, I have decided to discontinue purchasing Samsung products.
