I am using a52s but now i get to know my device doesn't have a earpiece grill of metal which is present on other smartphone does it present on a52s or not or if their then what shld i do ??

A grill is there. Not sure whether it's metal or plastic. However, it's of very good quality. So you don't need to worry. It won't come off on its own.
If you are missing it on your device, pls do visit a service center and fix it.
