Navigation bar problem

I have recently experienced that the navigation bar freezes. Can anybody help me ?

Freezes means which type of issue you seen.

It's like when I press the home button the touch animation freezes and the button becomes whitish

That's navigation button & the problem is may be that app you want to back or close
