My newly bought Samsung Galaxy A12 device's screen frequently goes black/blank. When this happens I can hear my phone ringing but the screen remains black and irresponsive. This happened several times after I bought it. I had to restart my phone by pressing power button and volume down button whenever this happens. It happens suddenly. Even when the phone was idle it happened once. Is there any solution to this or should I visit the customer service?
