My phone doesn't update software please help me

Same with s23 FE, haven't gotten updates since September 2023, phoned samsumg multiple times but say they can do nothing, check daily

Did you buy it abroad? If yes then which country did you buy the phone and where are you living currently? Also what's the model?

Sorry missed this message, it is an S23fe got it new on contract in SA from MTN last year, I haven't left Gauteng never mind the country since I got the phone.

Eventually got an s22 Ultra ft a friend had to take the S23 FE to a Samsung experience store where they manually flashed the phone to get UI 6.1 I am not sure if future updates will work.

What CSC is your phone? I bet it is XFA. Most XFA devices are not updated on time. Sometimes months late.
