Galaxy A1. Turn off your phone completely.
If it keeps restarting, try holding the Power and Volume Down buttons together until the screen goes black. Then quickly release both buttons before it powers back on.
2. Boot into Recovery Mode:
Hold the Volume Up and Power buttons together.
Release the buttons when the Samsung logo appears.
If this doesn’t work, try the Volume Up + Power + Home button combination (if your device has a home button).

Galaxy AUse the volume buttons to navigate to Wipe Data/Factory Reset and press the Power button to select it.
Confirm the reset by selecting Yes.
4. Reboot the Phone:
Once the reset is complete, choose Reboot System Now.
