My Galaxy A5 (2016) is not recognised by the computer neither usb otg is working

Someone please help... Mine is a samsung galaxy A5 (2016). Recently I discovered that my device is neither recognised by my computer neither I am able to connect usb OTG which I previously often did... Therefore my device supports it. Also fast charging is not working but normal charging does work.. I tried using different cables and different fast charger adapter but the issue remained... Please help..😟

Can you please check 2 things?
1- are you on june/july update
2- is your samsung type c usb app updated? Updating that app is causing that issue
