Please tell me how to recover        My Files app files because my phone was reseted and other all contacts and app came but my files folders not came so tell me how to recover it please without any Play Store app

You can get the app from galaxy store.search as samsung my files.

If you backedup with samsung account n onedrive you can recover the folders.

I have not backed up then how to do it plz tell or i will call samsung helpline

I think without backup it's not possible to recover.
Next time create samsung account,one drive and give permission to auto sync n do back up

SETTINGS > ACCOUNTS AND BACKUP > RESTORE DATA
TRY THIS OF IT CAN RESTORE YOUR DATA !

I have did it in that my contacts apps restored my folders of my files and images not recovered

you can recover DCIM folder which contains all images of device
by using pc with iBeesoft Data Recovery
[recovery software for windows ]
which you can find on google

all instructions for this process are present on website of that app
