As per Samsung's schedule notification sent to all A23 is not listed. However this phone should get one UI 7.0. Keep checking and be patient. Mobile service providers also customise the OS to add their apps (bloat ware), test before release which adds to the delay.

Don't compare with the USA version. The list of eligible devices for the Indian version had already been released from Samsung.

Only A25 is listed. Not listed means you will never get the update. Don't give wrong information.
