"More Connection Settings" menu within "Connections" menu crashes settings app

VPN Settings Menu crashes...  Settings -> Connections -> More Connection Settings -> (Crashes) back to Settings. On 2nd attempt, it crashes back to home screen and states "Settings keeps stopping"

My phone is a Samsung Galaxy A23. I can not get to my VPN profiles. (Settings -> Connections -> More Connection Settings) this is when the settings app crashes and brings me back to the settings menu. Over the years, I started getting forced into having updates applied. I normally do not update because of possible issues and then need to wait until they are resolved. I like to chose when I install updates... Since Samsung started to force the updates out and I can only delay for a few days, I am forced to comply. Now my biggest fear has happened. I can no longer get to my VPNs... I have 10+ clients that I access their networks to perform work. After the latest updates... (I cant remember when it stopped but it was within the least 3 updates ago), I can no longer access the VPN menu. My biggest fear is now happening... I am using an IPHONE to connect with VPN to perform my work. I hate iphones and hate to admit that Apple is saving me from this issue.

SO, what have i tried? mostly nothing... because I can not find anyone else having this issue. I am thinking it has something to do with my settings app. I restarted the phone, I deleted apps to free up space, I cleared cache in the settings app section, I also changed my mobile network to use 5G... ( yes, I normally do not use 5G because it had issues... when they activated and pushed 5G, the system/people were not ready for the enhancement and slowed down phones or slowed due to the network traffic. So, I used 4G and had no issues... also, the speeds were better since everyone was using 5G. **bleep** to be them.. LOL!)

What can I do with this VPN menu issue?  I will not do a factory reset... I have too much stuff, too many configurations, etc. So that is not an option. Beside, I found someone else that was told to do a factory reset and they still had the same issue afterwards.

I know there are secret menus and developer sections. There has to be a log somewhere that will tell me what is causing it to crash. I am not a basic user and not afraid to mess with settings that normal users are not aware of... I would love to be able to remove the past updates and prevent any new updates from applying. Right now, I just want the VPN to function.

Has anyone run into this issue? What did you do to resolve?

Thanks in advance!

Its great that someone followed up. How about you tell me how to do this from this website so people searching for the same issue can? I tried the Samsung Members apps. I went to the support section, but I do not see anywhere that I can Type my Query or even attach a log file. I don't know how to even get to a log file. Can you explain in more detail.

Thanks
