Moisture or Foreign material in your charging/USB port

Got this issue yesterday in the morning.....I cleaned my port, charger everything....still the issue persisted.....I cleared "USB settings" cache and restarted my device....then I was able to charge it.....again after 2min....I removed my charger and kept for charging.....it was again the same error.....I did the same thing again....It started charging....everything was fine.....But then again...Today morning....there's same issue....

Is this any software issue....anyone else facing this issue?
