Random moisture bug happens ... and its very difficult to remove.. need to clean the port even if no dust is there... but later the phone charges perfectly. Is there any solution , without taking it to service center??

Try to Reset the mobile.

Don't think a reset is necessary for a moisture sensor tripping, the message shows up coz there must be some moisture accumulation in ur phns usb port as it is a IP67 rated phone it has such safety precautions. Also take care how you put/place the phone when carrying it, if the surrounding conditions has exposure to moisture then u should take care of ur device more carefully.
