I can't understand the issue with my phones ( a33) microphone. If I don't keep the microphone very close to my mouth other person can't hear any thing it is very problamatic.
There can be two reasons either there is some software issue or hardware issue. If the problem is in hardware then phone has to be opened which is not a very good thing because by doing so phone will no longer be water and dust resistance.
Secondly microphone in a33 is smd type so there is always a risk that other component can get damaged while reparing. Its a huge inconvenience huge.
A serious quality issue .
And if it's software issue please look into it.
I will request samsung to look into it.
I will rather prefer to change my phone then to chane the microphone
My phone is hardly one and half years old.
If anyone is facing similar issue please share.
