Since updating to UI6 last year,I've had onnamd off issues with my mic.As an example, when recording voice notes on WhatsApp, some will be audible and some , not.I'd then have to re-record.Sometimes I just give up as it can take up to 3 attempts and just maybe,the 3rd one is audible.
Contact Samsung by opening the Members app, go to Support on the bottom right corner and scroll untill you see Error Report. Click on it and follow the steps
