Messaging app is hanging in A8+

For the past 2-3 days Samsung Message app is hanging. I can't open the SMS I received. Y this is happening? Is it happening to all?

Try clearing the cache and force stopping it once. If that dont work send a bug report to samsung.

am cleaning the cache everyday. it's not happening to me only. most of the Samsung users are facing this issue

- Please run your device in safe mode.
- Please do reset your device on factory mode after taking the data backup Via Smart switch and remove the Google account.
