How do I register for chat service in my samsung A21s ,because when it tells me on message app to do so ,I tap start, and then after it tells me registration failed, how do I fix this problem, please help y'all
Hi andilesiba, please be advised that the chat function is network related, please confirm with the network service provider used on the phone for further assistance.
Follow the steps below to enable Chat service.
Access the Message App> Tap 3 dots on the upper right> Settings> Chat settings> Then enable Rich Communication settings.
