Galaxy AYou can check in Galaxy Store for an update that is avaliable. If the problem still persists go to Settings > Apps > Filter > Show system apps > Search for Samsung Account > Click it > Click Storage > Clear Cache > Clear Data > Delete.
You might need to log back in to your Samsung Account.
Please reply to my post if the problem still persists there is one more method to help resolve it.
