I got a System UI message saying " cannot write to SD"Your sd card isnt working correctly and has been set to read only to prevent data loss. Backing up the data on your SD card is recommended.
So I checked my gallery and all my pictures on my SD wouldn't open at all, so I went to the internet and read something about restarting my phone so that I did. When my phone restarted again my files showed there is no SD inserted. So can you please help me becsuse I have very important things are on my SD and I haven't backup my SD yet. How do I fix this ???? Btw I'm currently using a Samsung A12
Oh and I tried to check is another SD card would open on my phone and it did but once I put my own SD back in, it still shows no SD inserted.

Welp bro I have been there but I could still open my stuff on my SD card back when I used to use them. Have you went to files and then went into your SD card and try checking your stuff from there? I highly recommend not relying on SD cards as they can get very faulty or just stop working. They are not reliable at all. For future use just try putting things on your SD card and then not add other stuff, and most importantly don't fill the SD card up. Leave some space available on it

Backup data on SD card then format it on a PC with exFAT file system. Insert the card in your phone. Now, use it. If issue continues, most likely the card is not working well.
