Lockscreen clock.

I have a question that in one ui 9 for lockscreen clock why does the zero on the left side keeps visible so my times in hours like 05, 06, instead of 5,6 etc. Is there any way to remove that feature?

Even though after switching to 12 hrs mode of time.
