just format your phone
its a bug
which happened with my brother too.
he just formatted the phone
and after formatting just dont accept everything they show

during first boot they make us to accept some agreement which result in extra apps download which cause this.

delete some application...just dnt delete fb whatsapp messenger hike etc otherwise delete it it will solve the problem
