Why this LTE + is not supporting in my galaxy A10.

If i keep my phone with other samsung phone in same place same network coverage , still it is not showing.

Maybe your device does not support Carrier Aggregation

Its a hardware specification brother, if its absent then it can't be added.

airtel and jio only supports 4g+

yes I'm using both. but neither of them supports 4g+ in this device.

check with company then
ask them a10 is in there 4g advanced network list or not
There was same issue with earlier samsung devices
they rolled out a update to fix it
