Keep screen on while viewing not working

Hi Team,

Few months back i mentioned the issue about Samsung glance, which is till date not been fixed ...and now i noticed there os one more feature "Keep screen on while viewing" this one is also not working as expected. My screen lock time is 1 min, and while reading, my expectation was this feature will keep the screen on but unfortunately screen is getting lock.

It was started working on it's own after recent update

but there is bug....company like Samsung has to take care of these

for me it's not working...only way left is to reset the phone

Bro did that too. It became worse after that. On the left side top of the screen it no longer shows glance instead some symbol after resetting. I complained a number of times I got fed up.

Bro many are saying that glance is working for them. But no matter how many times I try that glance is not at all working in samsung f23.

totally agreeing...I had dropped a email to samsung team...then they asked me to run some test and create a log...i did that and send the log file also. They are still analyzing the log 🤣

Samsung phones are nothing else a daba phone....and the customer service don't have any technical knowledge at all. Recently I got black screen issue. In service centre they replaced my screen of Rs 7170. I took back my old screen. When I checked my old screen in local service center it was working...These samsung service is the big fraud company. Leeches...**bleep** customer service **bleep**.
