Hey guys recently i went to a samsung store to buy new phone for my father he needed it urgently cause it broke after he dropped it mistakenly so overthere i was looking for s23 / s23 fe both were not available at that moment hence when we were about to leave they told us about a35 i was skeptical regarding a35 i had used a33 and it had a huge amount of heating issue it still has but i shifted to a34 this a34 seemed to be some kind of sensible upgrade because my major problem heating was solved to a large extent so that guy in store was telling me about a35

but from these recent reviews i did not buy it so i told him the story of my a33 ( cause both the phones have exynos ) he told me that a33 never had this heating issue so i wanted to ask from previous a33 users did your phone have this issue like keeping in pocket only for like 30 mins it heats up or clicking 2-3 photos ?

And is it possible to get a replacement for a phone if such kind of problem is faced by consumer within 6 months or a year of buying the phone for just the issue of overheating?

I am asking the second question because that guy at samsung store told me that i could have got an replacement ( i did not know that could have been done ) i am asking this just to be sure if i face any such problem from any of my future samsung phones can i get a free replacement if my phone's overheating within a month or year ?
