I'm facing a major lag and freezing issue in my device.. as a samsung fan im disappointed too much. You guys need take it seriously... this is not a joke anymore.....

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. If this is proven, it will be my last Samsung phone. I've been using Samsung for the last 14 years and have never chosen any brand other than Samsung. However, I am very disappointed and find these issues too annoying.

Samsung will be fc ked up if they don't learn from their mistakes.

For now, you could just report it through the app.
Open Samsung member application >> tap on support >> tap on send feedback >> choose composer option >> select error >> select the appropriate category >> type your query.

Also force reboot your device. For this turn OFF your device and then use power and Volume down button simultaneously to power ON your device.

I was a Samsung fan, but when I paid for my A55, I expected Samsung's artificial intelligence to come in the Android 15 update, but it didn't. That's why I became discouraged with Samsung. I think Samsung didn't release artificial intelligence for the A55 and mid-range phones, so I became disappointed with Samsung. I feel sorry for Samsung.

I feel a deep connection to Samsung; it's tied to my childhood memories and sense of home. Sometimes, these memories were great. I feel disheartened by the treatment I've received from Samsung, and it's difficult to express my feelings.
