In my mobile samsung a710 jio network is too slow. Samsung please give any updates. Anyone facing this problem.

Bro this problem is network related. Jio has throttled the data speed. Check it out by some network speed tester.

It is jio's problem bro. jio's network is not good on many locations. I am also facing same problem for jio only. other networks internet working perfectly.

Are you from a semi urban /rural area, because I have proof that jio has reduced the download speed there. Have you ever heard that upload speed is faster than download speed. It is really happening

- Check by using any other SIM card.
- Ensure that network frequency of your device should be selected on Auto-mode.
- Menu > Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Mode > Select auto mode (GSM/WCDMA/LTE).
- Search for the Network Manually as follows:
Menu > Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > Select Manual Search.
- Kindly go to settings >> General management >> Reset >> Reset network settings.
