JIO 5G not working on A52s 5g

I unable to use Jio 5g on A52s 5g although I have get jio welcome offer and enabling 5g setting on device 

Is any other face this problem

You will not get 5g if signal strength is low. When it is high sim will switch to 5g & when signal is weak it will switch to 4g/LTE. Also qhen you get a call it will switch to 4g/LTE.

Go to 5G area and reset your network settings then restart.


Or try to reinstall MyJio app.

Go to settings....in network select LTE only once then change come back to 5g mode after one minute

5g will start

Do restart once
