Issues/Bug Reports with One UI

[GuardianOfGalaxy]

1. Camera:     
    In the slow motion and super slow motion, the screen flickers a lot
 
2. App Drawer:
    App drawer lags a lot when opening

3. Recent Apps: 
    If recent apps are opened when inside the app drawer, the recent apps menu lags

4. Dark theme/Night mode:
     a. When uninstalling an app the dialog box to uninstall the app is still white... Dark theme does not get applied to the uninstall app dialog box
     b. In the recent apps screen when 3 dots menu is clicked, the menu is still white

5. Keyboard: 
     In the Samsung keyboard, there is no setting for vibration on keypress
