Issue with proximity sensor in A50.

I have been facing this issue from starting.

Screen won't turn off most of the times and unwantedly calls get recorded.

Anyone facing the same issue.

If there are any solutions available pls post here.

for recording issue
check is ur recording set at auto recording

it is off only.
Also sometimes not always.

and for screen issue off adaptive brightness and lets see

and recording option is off then how calls get recorded its mystery😉😉😉

while call is inprogress top right corner we do have the action menu(triple dot) in that record option getting enabled due unwaned touches.
All this due to sometimes screen is not turning off after picking up call.

also u can set auto by going to settings
there are 3 settings
auto recording
new numbers
selected and also during call
