Issue with Volte Video Call

I am unable to make the video calls (VoLTE to VoLTE network) after updating the OS from Marshmallow to Nougat.

It works, if i make a normal audio call then switch to video mode.

Please fix this issue ASAP.

Issue had resolved post Oreo update.
