Issue with TTS by BIXBY Vision

Tried translating from Japanese to English in the Bixby vision, but it failed to translate.

Guess I can't.
I've Samsung A31 model,where circling option is out of scope 😅.
But I'm using updated version of Bixby vision 😎.
Yet facing this issue.
