I have recently updated my Samsung A50 to android 10,and I am facing an issue with it and the problem is I am unable to swipe down the notifications panel while I'm using application.
And when I'm in home screen, the notifications panel works...I think it's some kind of bug, caused due to the android 10 update

2 procedure is there .......but first tell how you update your software? it's because always a big firmware need to be flashed which is actual procedure to install software...simply download it by mobile data or fluctuating wifi not recommended or actual procedure to update...it's because it produce software holes and welcome glitches....so try a factory reset perfectly from backup and reset section as well as from factory mood of your device...it will helps to clear out glitches....and 2nd flash last 2.0 firmware from smart switch or by Odin tools or through authorised Samsung service center...which give the highest performance of device allaways.......or if you using goodlock apk ..then uninstall task changer app ...for that also it can happened
