Issue With The Android Setup

Somebody please help me. 

Yesterday I reset my Galaxy A51 for some reason.

After finishing the setup I'm getting this notification even I'm on wifi.

This will download a list of some applications from Play Store and update a few services. That's all about the Android Setup thing.

Bro, connect to proper wifi and complete setup
or
settings>applications>click 3 dots at top right corner>select show system apps>here select android seup>now disable it and block notifications..

Yeah, try a different Wi-Fi connection and it will work. You can use a wireless hospot or an actual Wi-Fi connection rather than mobile hotspot. Mobile hotspot doesn't work with this.

Here is the solution for your issue...

Step 1..
go to Google play store 》Setting 》app download preference 》select over any network..

than your notification discription changes.. tap on update now option...
