Is there really optimisation problem with current UI?

I use Galaxy A17 and One Ui 8.5 and the things is that it feels smooth as per its limits. Sometimes it shows some stutter but usually its smooth. Even gaming feels smooth and I played CODM here. That's what I have to say.
