Hi, is it advisable from Samsung official standards to wipe cache partition after android upgrade? For instance after 4.1 One UI upgrade?

In order to get best stable, smooth, lag/bug free experience one should factory reset the device after every major OS upgrade.

Wipe Cache Partition just clears the cache of apps and system thereby enhancing the performance by some %.

But performing factory reset is more effective against wipe cache partition.

If for factory data reset we backup and restore data using smartswich Samsung app then will it be better or same as before?
