That's frustrating! Let's troubleshoot the issue. Since your mobile data is on, but the internet is not working on your Samsung Galaxy A34, here are some steps to help you fix the problem:

Basic Troubleshooting
1. *Restart your phone*: Sometimes, a simple reboot can resolve connectivity issues.
2. *Check your mobile data balance*: Ensure you have sufficient mobile data balance to access the internet.
3. *Verify mobile data settings*: Go to Settings > Connections > Data usage > Mobile data and ensure it's enabled.

Network-Related Issues
1. *Check network coverage*: Ensure you're in an area with good network coverage.
2. *Switch between networks*: Try switching between 4G/5G or LTE/WCDMA to see if it resolves the issue.
3. *Reset network settings*: Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings.

APN Settings
1. *Check APN settings*: Ensure your APN settings are correct. You can check with your carrier for the correct APN settings.
2. *Reset APN settings*: Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Access Point Names > Reset.

Additional Troubleshooting
1. *Disable and re-enable mobile data*: Try disabling mobile data, waiting for a few seconds, and then re-enabling it.
2. *Check for software updates*: Ensure your phone is running the latest software. Go to Settings > Software update > Download and install.
3. *Perform a factory reset*: If none of the above steps work, you may want to consider performing a factory reset. However, this will erase all your data, so be sure to back up your phone before doing so.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, it's possible that there's a problem with your carrier's network or your phone's hardware. You may want to contact your carrier's customer support or visit a Samsung authorized service center for further assistance.

If your mobile data is turned on but you're not getting internet access, here's a breakdown of troubleshooting steps:
1. Basic Checks:
* Restart Your Phone: A simple restart often resolves temporary glitches.
* Airplane Mode: Toggle Airplane Mode on and off. This can sometimes reset network connections.
* Check Signal Strength: Ensure you have a strong cellular signal. Move to a location with better reception if possible.
* Data Limit: Verify that you haven't exceeded your data limit.
* Wi-Fi Interference: If you're near a strong Wi-Fi signal, it might interfere with your cellular connection. Try moving away from the Wi-Fi source.
2. Network Settings:
* Network Mode:
* Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile networks.
* Select Network mode and choose Automatic or try selecting specific network types (e.g., 5G, 4G/LTE, 3G).
* Access Point Names (APN):
* Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Access Point Names.
* Ensure the correct APN settings are configured for your carrier. You can usually find these settings on your carrier's website or by contacting them directly.
* Network Reset:
* Go to Settings > System > Reset options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth.
* This will reset network settings, including Wi-Fi passwords and Bluetooth pairings.
3. SIM Card Related:
* Reseat SIM Card: Gently remove and reinsert your SIM card.
* Check SIM Card: Ensure your SIM card is not damaged or improperly inserted.
* Contact Your Carrier:
* Inquire about any network outages or service disruptions in your area.
* Verify your account status and data plan.
4. Software Updates:
* Check for Updates: Ensure your phone's software is up-to-date.
* Go to Settings > System > System update and check for updates.
5. Third-Party Apps:
* Disable/Uninstall Apps: Some apps can interfere with network connectivity. Try disabling or uninstalling recently installed apps.
If the issue persists:
* Contact your phone manufacturer's support.
* Visit a service center for hardware-related issues.
I hope these steps help you resolve the issue!
