Images/videos of dual whatsapp not showing in gallery.

why images, etc that i download on my second whatsapp are not showing in gallery even i am unable to find it in internal or external storage both.

On dual whatsapp Note 10+ - camera does not store images in gallery nor am able to open pdfs, says file format not supported.
It is frustrating. Any solution pls.

wait for the new software update of your phone. this is my suggestion only bcoz mine got fixed after it.

Hello members finally samsung has resolved the issue, after new software update. but there is spooky, all the previously sent and received media is gone in your chat you have to re download all that media 😭.

I have s20 fe, bought in nov 2020. i installed dual whatsaap and it was working good like i can view image or video in gallery and internal storage but after  6 months, from may 2021 month i am facing this issue, cannot view second whatsaap media on gallery and internal storage.

Once in re-installed second whatsapp and backup data, then i can see dual whatsaap folder in internalStorage>DualApp after my data got backup and around 30min of re-installing app, the whatsaap folder just disappeared.

@Samsung look into this issue please
